The Flash Developer is responsible for creating and maintaining flash components for clients' websites.

WHAT YOU DO:

This is a part-time position. You will work with the development teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, without compromising quality. You will work directly with the client to maintain Flash pieces on the site, and develop new ideas and concepts around the use of Flash as it relates to customer communications. You will prototype new concepts and ideas. You will have the ability to traffic design projects from initial concept to final execution.

WHAT YOU NEED:

You need 2-3 years of experience working with Macromedia Flash. You need extremely strong ActionScripting skills, including XML and Database integration. You need working knowledge of additional applications, such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver. You need knowledge of additional internet technologies including HTML, DHTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript as they relate to Flash. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Graphics and Interactive Media is desired. You need innovative animation style and we prefer that you have design skills.
