Home Leasing Corporation, the predecessor to Home Properties, Inc., has been in business since 1967. In 2003, Home Leasing Corporation formed Home Leasing, LLC, a full service real estate company serving the Greater Rochester Region. Our portfolio of managed properties includes some of the highest quality commercial real estate in Rochester and the surrounding suburbs. In response to growth opportunities, in 2004 Home Leasing Corporation formed two new subsidiaries: Home Leasing Housing, LLC, concentrating on affordable housing management, and Home Leasing Construction, LLC, a construction management company.

Home Leasing's vision is to provide the best quality real estate services in the Greater Rochester Region. Our Management Team brings over 170 years of combined real estate experience to the company. The Commercial Property Management area can provide an array of services, including leasing, building maintenance, financial reporting and owner representation. For Land Development we offer land use studies, design/construction management, financing services/consulting and wetland consulting. In Affordable Housing we offer full management capabilities, including resident certification, government liaison and reporting, and financial reporting. For Construction Management, we offer a multi-faceted approach to the managing of construction projects, primarily in the areas of commercial and multi-family residential construction.
