Wade Holdraker, President, WEBsolutions of New York

Wade has been in the web development industry for over 10 years. He began his career as a Web Developer at Home Properties Corporation in July of 2000. Wade was promoted to Senior Web Developer of the company in 2002 and remained with Home Properties until he founded WEBsolutions of New York in June 2002.
He started WEBsolutions of New York with a goal to provide web site and marketing services to small and medium-sized businesses in Upstate, NY. The company has experienced tremendous growth within its first 7 years of business and boasts an impressive list of clients from Rochester to Buffalo.
Currently, Wade is a Sales Technology Manager at Paychex and was a lead developer for the redesign of paychex.com.  Wade is a graduate of Niagara University and has lived in Rochester, NY his entire life.

Devin Holdraker, Vice-President / Sales Manager

Devin began his career as a Web Developer with WEBsolutions of New York in 2006 and was promoted to Vice President and Sales Manager of WEBsolutions of New York in 2008.  Devin has a background in Sales, graphic design, web development and SEO marketing.

James VerHague, Lead Designer / Programmer

James has been a Web Developer and Database Programmer for over 12 years. His competitive spirit and hard work ethic is the driving force behind many of WEBsolutions of New York's industry-leading solutions and resources. In his role as a developer, he performs a variety of tasks, including Web design and development, CMS provisioning, higher-level server support, and database development.

James received his formal training at R.I.T, where he earned a Master's Degree in New Media Design. He has spent the last ten years programming web applications with database back-ends, four years of which were specifically focused on developing customer-facing applications.

Ashley C. Kennedy, Lead Designer

Ashley has been designing and developing full-featured, interactive websites for 9 years. Her ability to design user-centric, clean and relevant concepts coupled with her current and extensive knowledge of today's web programming best practices makes her a valuable resource for any web design project.

As 2003 graduate of the Rochester Institute of Technology Graphic Design program, Ashley has worked for companies ranging in size from small to large, ranging in industry from customer-oriented to manufacturing, and has experience with both B2B and B2C clients.

Whether creating a new website, redesigning an existing website, or maintenance — Ashley strives to make the client's web presence an effective marketing tool for building their business, and their brand.

Laura Kien, Lead Writer

Laura joined WEBsolutions of New York though an internship program in 2004 and joined the team permanently in 2006.  Laura has worked for large and small-size companies as a Writer and Content Manager. Laura received her BA from the St. John Fisher, in May of 2004. She has helped in the design and development of numerous projects.
